AOE weapons create lag afaik. also in empire, ppl can just get neutral alts to sit next to them if they r at war with a known torpedo user. it just opens the door for more new exploits.

u need another gang member in the same system as the leader for the bonus to work. when u jump out of the system ur bonus goes bye bye. when u return, ur bonus comes back into effect.
